If your instrument is found out of tolerance, faulty or out of specification.
Our team will reach out to you to inform you & advise you accordingly on the issue your instrument has.
A service report will be given to you if measurement taking is not possible.

Calibration
“Operation that, under specified conditions, in a first step, establishes a relation between the quantity values with measurement uncertainties provided by measurement standards and corresponding indications with associated measurement uncertainties and, in a second step, uses this information to establish a relation for obtaining a measurement result from an indication.”, Taken from Singapore Accreditation Council, Technical Notes MET 001, clause 2.2 

Calibration should not be confused with adjustment of a measuring system, often mistakenly called “self-calibration”, nor with verification of calibration.

Traceable Calibration Certificate

A traceable calibration certificate issued by our laboratory contains measurement data & provides a traceability to SI units through proper calibrated references.  This type of calibration report may contain measurement data or function that is not covered in our scope of accreditation. Thus, it is non-endorsed or non-accredited. No SAC or ILAC MRA mark will be presented on the calibration report. 

Accredited ISO17025 Calibration Certificate

An accredited ISO17025 calibration certificate issued by our laboratory contains measurement data & provides a traceability to SI units through proper calibrated references. This type of calibration report contain measurement data or function that is covered in our scope of accreditation. Thus, it is endorsed or accredited. A SAC or ILAC MRA mark will be presented on the calibration report.

We accept payment method such as Bank Transfer, Giro, PayNow & Cheque.
An Invoice will be send to you only once the calibration has been completed.

We are accredited under SAC-SINGLAS (Singapore). Our accreditation number is LA-2008-0404-C.
We are an ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory for Calibration.

We support common instruments brand like Fluke, Kyoritsu, Hioki, Extech, Mitutoyo, Rotronic, Graphtec, Wika, Norbar, Sika, BK Precision, Omega, Torque Leader, Gedore Torque, Snap On, Tohnichi, Stanley, Insize, threadmaster, Keithley, Agilent, Ametek, Additel, Testo, Raytek, Flir, Sanwa & Yokogawa.
